We take family data seriously — especially children's data. This policy is aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA (for children under 13).

What we collect

Account details (email, household name, phone, neighborhood), kids' first names and ages, and photo-consent preferences.
Payment is handled via PayPal and Venmo — we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run your membership, personalize adventure suggestions, and keep you safe at events.
Photo consent is opt-in per child. Civic partners may have their own photography rules, which we honor.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime by emailing us.
