Terms of Service

These terms define your Little Explorers Society membership, including billing, conduct, and the better-together rule. By joining, you agree to them.

Membership

  • Memberships are billed monthly by default, with optional annual prepay (1 month free).
  • You may upgrade (effective immediately, prorated) or downgrade (effective next cycle) anytime.
  • A caregiver from your household must attend every adventure. We are not a drop-off program.

Conduct

  • Members agree to our Code of Conduct and Member Expectations.
  • We may end a membership for repeated violations, with a prorated refund.

Dispute resolution

  • These terms reference our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver.
