Liability Waiver

A liability waiver is signed at signup and, for non-member guests, per event. This is a sample for review.

Acknowledgement of risk

  • Adventures are active and outdoors. Caregivers are present and responsible for their own children at all times.
  • Little Explorers Society does not supervise children — the relationship is family-to-family.

Release

  • Members agree to release LES from liability for ordinary risks of participation, to the extent permitted by Texas law.
